The breakfast was great and the parking was on site. Location: the hotel was right by the slopes away from the Tokyo hustle and the cable car.

Got to the bus stop within 20 minutes walk, as it has particularly good and unbeatable location.

The location was particularly good for exploring this ski area, near to the restaurants, and the other 3 mountains nearby. Also, the hotel was right next to Mount Akiba. We loved the spacious room, beautiful view, and delicious buffet dinner. The hotel has great amenities like a shop, onsen, and shuttlebus. The private bath was a highlight, and the staff, especially Sattoo san, were very helpful and friendly. The location in the mountains, with a snow garden nearby, was perfect for a morning walk. We also appreciated the convenience of having Yamamoto desk at the hotel for sending our skis home.

The on-site washer and dryer was convenient, despite instructions only being in Japanese. The shuttle bus made getting to the hotel easy.

our stay at yuzawa was amazing, but our recent escape to the naspa resort was even better. the rooms were clean and spacious, wifi was reliable for video calls, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. the friendly staff, especially mr. jung, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us book a great ski instructor. his recommendations for dinner were also spot on. overall, a fantastic experience.

The location was perfect, just a quick shuttle ride from the train station, and right on the ski slope. We could easily put on our skis and take off to enjoy a day of skiing. The staff here were incredibly helpful, especially Jung and Sato. They gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable onsen to relax in after a long day on the slopes. We also loved the spacious room with stunning mountain views. the service, location, and amenities made our stay here truly enjoyable.
